Hi-de-hi from Butlins

The ATP music festival at Butlins holiday camp in Minehead, Somerset, lacked some of what we expected: Peggy announcing, "hi-de-hi, campers". But what it lacked in classic kitsch it more than made up for in 21st century "Mighty Wind" folk music kitsch - blokes with big bushy beards and women with waist-length hair swaying to the sounds of Joanna Newsom's squeaky vocals and harp. Penn and Lou sorted us a nice little cabin in the "Oyster Bay" corner of Butlins, and fortunately we had some of the real Oyster Bay to slurp back with our Nachos a Penn (Friday) and Paella a Jonathan (Saturday).
